BY USING  OR ACCESSING THE PUBLIC ACCESS DB, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED AT https://api.skye.host/privacy.txt.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT OR THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED AT https://api.skye.host/privacy.txt, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE PUBLIC ACCESS DB.

A1. Content Rules.

The Public Access DB contains content provided by users. You understand that we do not control, endorse, or approve
this content, and that by using the Public Access DB you may be exposed to materials that are offensive, indecent,
or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove content
that we determine in our sole discretion is inappropriate or in violation of these Content Rules.

The following Content Rules apply to your use of the Public Access DB:

You agree not to post content that:

- Is hateful, threatening, or pornographic;
- Incites violence;
- Is graphic or gratuitously violent;
- Is illegal;
- Is intended to harass, intimidate, or spam other users;
- Infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of another user or any third party;
- Is false, misleading, or promotes illegal or harmful activities;
- Is off-topic for the specific Public Access DB tag to which you are submitting; or
- Is commercial in nature.

A2. User Accounts.

In order to access certain features of the Public Access DB, you will need to create a user account. When creating your
account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs
on your account, and you must keep your account password confidential. You must notify us immediately of any
breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

A3. Termination.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your account or your access to the Public Access DB at any time.

A4. Disclaimer of Warranties.

THE PUBLIC ACCESS DB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE REGARDING THE PUBLIC ACCESS DB, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT THE
PUBLIC ACCESS DB WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

A5. Limitation of Liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND
LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES,
INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE THE PUBLIC ACCESS DB.

A6. General Terms.

This End User License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the
Public Access DB. If any provision of this End User License Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions of this End User License Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

This End User License Agreement does not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
You will comply with all applicable laws when using or accessing the Public Access DB.

The failure to require performance of any term in this End User License Agreement will not affect our right to require
performance at any time thereafter, nor shall a waiver by us of any breach or default of this End User License Agreement
waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

This End User License Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and us.
We may assign this End User License Agreement to a third party at any time.
You may not assign this End User License Agreement.
